My name is Alison and welcome to Lily Finn Design. This website is a work in progress, it has taken me over six months to get this far. I have hundreds of products to upload yet so please bear with me. If there is something that you need please don’t hesitate to get in touch; chances are I probably have it. If I don’t have it, it can easily be ordered in.
I have been making jewellery for years in my home studio near Clonmacnoise, Co Offaly. My passion is for semi precious stones and I have a huge collection. This website came about quite by accident really as I had started selling beads and jewellery findings in the shop that I co – owned with my friend Mary Byrne; The Craft Room in Ballinasloe, Co Galway. My intention was to make these accessible to customers in The Midlands as there was nowhere really between Cork and Dublin that you could just drop in and pick up a good selection of jewellery making items. Unfortunately like many other small businesses, we couldn’t continue to pay rent during the third and longest lockdown so we had to close. I had all this stock so that’s how this website came about.
All the beads I have are on full long strands. If you require a smaller amount for a project, please let me know and I can halve or quarter the strand.
I also have lots of semi precious stone beads available in smaller loose quantities, if you are looking for something in particular, again please do get in touch.
