POSTAGE AND DELIVERY
We use An Post for all deliveries within Ireland. When your order has been Packed and Posted You will receive an email saying your Order has now been completed. Please contact us if after 7 days you have not received your parcel from date item sent. If after 3 weeks you have not received your parcel we will refund you.
DELIVERY CHARGES
Ireland – Flat Rate – €4.00.
Rest of Europe – €7.00.
DISPATCH TIMES.
All orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours of being received, unless received at the weekend. Orders from the weekend will usually be posted on the Monday or Tuesday.
RETURNS POLICY
No Quibble Returns Policy.
I want everyone to be happy with the Beads and Jewellery findings that they have chosen from Lily Finn Design. I do my utmost to select the very best quality products for that reason. However, we all know that things dont always look the same in reality as they did in the picture. So, if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase then I would be happy for you to return the item within 14 days of the purchase date. Please enclose a note giving the reason for the return and on receipt, I will exchange it for an alternative item or items. If you would prefer, I will issue you a full refund, within seven working days of receipt of your returned item. I do not refund return postage unless the item is faulty, incorrect or damaged. Please email Me when you are sending item back.
IMPORTANT Any returned items must reach me in unopened, “new” condition with all original packaging present. Any chain or wires that have been cut to a specific length on request or Beads that have been removed from their temporary string cannot be returned.
In the unlikely event that your order or items within it are damaged, you may return them to me for a full refund or exchange. You must notify me within 7 working days. I will also refund your return postage in this case.
